I offered to make an appointment, to which they said no need. I brought the coat in today, and was turned away almost immediately. They criticized the fur coat, and plainly said it wasn't fixable by them. This store does not do repairs, as advertised.
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 20, 2019, by A Google UserTerrible attitude, poor service. Told me my fur couldn't be repaired, so I took it to Macy's who repaired it, cleaned it, glazed and returned it looking like new in less than two weeks. Skip this place.
